What do our employees say?
I have been working at this company for 6 years as a pipefitter. I’m satisfied with it. They provide accommodation, transport, and all the necessary work equipment. They value experience—the more practice you have, the better you earn. The conditions are fair, and payments are made according to the contract.
Mirek
PIPEFITTER
I am a welder working on rotational projects. The workplaces are well equipped, and safety at work is a priority. A big advantage is that you don’t have to worry about anything—they provide accommodation and transport to work abroad. The job itself is no different from other places, but it’s easier thanks to the coordinators on projects who are there to help.

WELDER
I work at PGK as a workshop locksmith. I believe the conditions are good, the equipment and tools are regularly replaced, and they don’t cut corners on employee safety. The rates for my position are good compared to what others offer. Most importantly, they pay on time and in accordance with the contract.
Arek
WORKSHOP LOCKSMITH
I weld using the 141/111 method. I have been working at the company for over a year. The rates depend on experience but are not undervalued. Salaries are good and always on time. They also cover accommodation and transportation to various projects. I never had any issues arranging rotation schedules. I recommend working here.

FAQ
To start working on international projects, you need to be motivated, meet the requirements specified in the job advertisement, and successfully pass the initial qualification process.
The rotation system depends on the project’s location. For closer destinations, it is possible to return home even every weekend. For more distant locations, the standard rotation applies, which means three weeks of work followed by one week off. Other variants may also occur, but we make every effort to ensure that the maximum stay abroad does not exceed three weeks.
Yes, we provide insurance and healthcare for the entire duration of work abroad.
The costs of accommodation and transport are covered by the employer, which is also clearly stated in the job advertisement.
No, you do not need to have your own tools or workwear, as everything is provided by the employer, which is also included in the job advertisement.
You can apply by phone, by email, or through a job portal. The duration of the recruitment process depends on current needs and is usually adjusted to the requirements of a specific project.
